Uri Bialer explored the “Golden Age” of Israel’s relations with Iran, from the late 1940s to the late 1970s, and addressed the current situation.

Uri Bialer holds the Maurice B. Hexter Chair in International Relations-Middle Eastern Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His publications include Between East and West: Israel’s Foreign Policy Orientation, 1948–1956 and Cross on the Star of David: The Christian World in Israel’s Foreign Policy, 1948–1967.
