Please follow these steps to ensure that you have a great experience at our film festival.
SIGNING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
On the Rutgers Jewish Film Festival Ticket Site you will see an icon of a person on the top right hand side. Click on the person.
Click on "My Calendar"
This will take you to a page to enter all of your log in information. Type it in and click "Submit". Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly.
Once you have created your account, your initial will appear in the top right of the screen, next to the cart. If you are still unable to log in, please contact our team at
MAKE YOUR PURCHASE
You have two options for selecting your films.
1. Purchase individual film tickets
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECIEVE AN ERROR MESSAGE
When selecting your films to be added to a pass, you may receive the message "It looks like you have a benefit for this purchase. Would you like to use it now?", click "No".
You may receive a popup box that reads "We noticed that your membership has expired. Would you like to renew it now?". Just click "No" and proceed with either purchasing a new pass or selecting your films.
