Welcome back to the Rutgers Jewish Film Festival!
Please follow these steps to ensure that you have a great experience at our film festival.
Returning filmgoers from last year's festival already have an account set up through our ticketing system.
To access your account, use the same email address that was used last year. If your email address changed, or you do not remember which email address you used, please create a new account.
If you do not remember your password, you can reset it.
MAKE YOUR PURCHASE
You have two options for selecting your films.
RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD
Access our ticketing site - Rutgers Jewish Film Festival Ticket Site.
Click on the icon of a person on the top right of your screen. It will give you a prompt to sign in with an option to click “Forgot your password?” above the email box.
Enter your email address, then click “Continue”.

Enter your new password and enter it again to confirm, then click “Submit”.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECIEVE AN ERROR MESSAGE
When selecting your films to be added to a pass, you may receive the message "It looks like you have a benefit for this purchase. Would you like to use it now?", click "No".
You may receive a popup box that reads "We noticed that your membership has expired. Would you like to renew it now?". Just click "No" and proceed with either purchasing a new pass or selecting your films.
