Christine Jensen 
(’21), winner of the Baruch S. and Pearl W. Seidman Award for excellence in Jewish studies, presents her research on the Dead Sea Scrolls and Jewish sectarianism, reflecting on the mentorship she received from Professors Gary A. Rendsburg and Debra Scoggins Ballentine, as well as Orna Goldman, Hebrew-language coordinator and instructor.

 (’21) shares her experiences studying Yiddish language and literature at Rutgers, which led to her continued study at the Yivo Institute, thanks to funding from the Leonard and Adele Blumberg Award.
