The book explores the relationship between violence and religion, with a focus on the historic tensions among the three Abrahamic faiths: Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks is a global religious leader, philosopher, author of more than 25 books and moral voice for our time. He is the Ingeborg and Ira Rennert Global Distinguished Professor of Judaic Thought at New York University and the Kressel and Ephrat Family University Professor of Jewish Thought at Yeshiva University.
