The Rutgers Rabbinics Conference is an open-call academic conference aimed at bringing together early-career and senior scholars in the field of rabbinic literature in Late Antiquity. The conference includes thematic panels of short papers, integrating formal and informal discussion as well as several presentations on new and forthcoming books in rabbinics.
This conference runs from morning till evening both days, providing three meals and coffee breaks daily, and emphasizing opportunities for informal conversation and socializing. Presenters include graduate students, junior scholars, and senior scholars, with more than a third of the presenters coming from outside the US.
