Teaching about Antisemitism: Challenges and Strategies; How Hitler Came to Power: Myths and Misconceptions; History of the Holocaust in the Ukraine, and using diaries and testimonies as primary sources in the classroom.

Advanced Seminar - Gender and Trauma
Wednesday, June 30 & Thursday, July 1

Topics include: 
Gender and the Holocaust; The Women's Camp in Auschwitz; The Weimar Republic and LGBTQ history and the Holocaust; and Gay/Trans connections to the Holocaust. Using testimonies and memoirs as educational tools in the classroom.
